Today is a perfect day to be in the garden. There is a light breeze and some warm sunshine. No rain, which is rare lately. The weeds are rampant since all the rains and so I will continue to try to tame the “wild beasts” as they spread and try to choke out all the lovely flowers. I need to first get going and go to the gym and work out although gardening is a great workout. I want to go swim today too. It is so great to have nothing to do this week really. The day stretches out before me with vast possibilities. The goal is to not waste it….I can’t just laze about dreaming of all the things I could do, although that is tempting and a worthy pursuit for a summer day. To the gym and garden I go!!!
